Chasing the white rabbit

Mixed media + oil - 40 x 40 x 4cm (16 x 16in)

Every rabbit hole begins with curiosity.

“Chasing the white rabbit” is a part of the Midnight in Wonderland abstract series.

For me, the White Rabbit represents the part of us that wants to explore—to follow curiosity and hope into something new, unknown, full of possibility and danger.

Chasing it also means stepping away from what feels safe, stable, and familiar.
This is the tension at the heart of Midnight in Wonderland: two basic needs we all carry—the desire to discover and the need to feel grounded.

The white rabbit gives us a reason to take the risk, to move through the darkness, even when fear tells us to stay where we are.

Perhaps courage is not the absence of fear, but the decision to keep following what calls us.

This is an Original 16 by 16 inch mixed media & oil painting on a gallery-wrapped canvas. It comes with the wiring on the back and is ready to hang, right out of the box.
